• Card Description : Discard 1 card. Destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls.

• OCG Rulings :
• "Obelisk the Tormentor" can be destroyed by effects that do not target, such as "Judgment Dragon", "Lightning Vortex", "Mirror Force", etc.
• When applying the effect of "Defender, the Magical Knight", you do not choose how many Spell Counters to remove - you must remove a number of Spell Counters equal to the number of Spellcaster-Type monsters which will be destroyed.
• Example: You control "Defender, the Magical Knight" and two other face-up Spellcaster-Type monsters. When your opponent activates "Lightning Vortex", if you want to use the effect of "Defender, the Magical Knight", then you must remove three Spell Counters. (You cannot remove two Spell Counters to prevent the destruction of only two Spellcaster-Type monsters.) If you do not have three Spell Counters, then you cannot apply the effect of "Defender, the Magical Knight".
• If "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6" and one other monster are face-up on the field and "Lightning Vortex" is activated, then "Starlight Road" may be activated in Chain to "Lightning Vortex".

• Card Tips :
• This card is great for dumping cards for power-ups, Fusions, etc. It especially works well for discarding "Treeborn Frog", "Night Assailant", "Quillbolt Hedgehog", "Dandylion", "Glow-Up Bulb", "Lightserpent" and "Elemental HERO Necroshade" to the Graveyard.
• This card and "Dark Hole" can be used as an Advanced Format alternatives to "Raigeki".
• This card is a good counter to Swarm decks.
• Use "Swords of Revealing Light" or "Ceasefire" first to flip all of your opponent's monsters face-up, before you activate this card.
• OR, activate "Light of Intervention" in preparation to activate this card.
• Use this card in a "Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude" Deck to avoid paying the cost of this card.
• Combo with "Forced Requisition".
• Combo with "Book of Eclipse" during your opponent's turn, so you can activate this card during your next turn.
